Moroccan Spice Rub

Moroccan rub is a fragrant mixture of herbs & spices with a hit of paprika, cumin, clove, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg. Full of flavour and great for grilling, roasting, smoking and more!
Instructions : If using on meat, apply a good amount and let marinate in refrigerator. For beef or lamb marinate for 4 to 12 hours. For poultry, marinate for 2 to 4 hours. If using on seafood, marinate for 30 minutes. If grilling vegetables, apply rub right before placing onto the grill.
Store in an airtight container in a cool & dry place. Refrigerate after opening, consume within 12 months.
