Flavoursome rubs for your beef. Made up from aromatic dried herbs & spices to enhance the natural flavour of your meat.
Rub generously on meat. Wrap in plastic, refrigerate overnight. Thaw 1 hour before grilling, roasting or bbq. Remove any excess rub with a dry brush. Then, brush lightly with oil before the meat hits the heat. Squeeze a little lemon juice over the meat as it cooks to stop the spices and herbs burning.
Store in an airtight container in a cool & dry place. Refrigerate after opening, consume within 12 months.
