Store Policy
Online orders are based on existing standard designs, in the combination shown in each photo. Designs shown cannot be mixed with design elements from other cupcake combination or changed to a different design other than those shown in the combination, and customisation is not applicable for online orders.
- Designs are in buttercream icing only. We do not do fondant icing.
- Cupcakes available in 2 sizes: Petite (small approx 1.5" diameter) 36pcs / Maxi (regular approx 2" diameter) 25pcs
- Personalization ie: Wordings on cupcakes can be done at no extra charge.
- Wordings are not applicable on Cakes.
- Orders that require customisation ie: Custom Design and/or colour changes need to be made at the shop minimum 3-4 days advance notice, after full payment has been received.
- Additional charges for custom design will apply, whereas colour changes; up to a certain extent can be done at no extra charge. A chart of available colours can be viewed at all outlets.

Full payment is required in advance for all orders.
If you're short on time, you may purchase ready made cupcakes at any outlets off the counter, daily. However, no personalization nor customisation can be made on the spot. Limited designs and flavours available daily while stocks last.
Store Pickup
Store Pickup applies to self collection at all Wondermilk Outlets, except for Rimba & Rusa and Little Rimba.
Shipping
Shipping applies to Poslaju or EMS postage, for Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei. Price is calculated by total order weight. Shipping is not applicable for Baked Goods & Food items; ie Cupcakes, cakes & cookies, etc. Shipping fee will be refunded if selected for Baked Goods & Food order.
Local Delivery
Local delivery applies to car or bike delivery within Klang Valley area only, using third party despatch service within a maximum of 30km radius of our Uptown outlet, Mon - Fri between 10am - 5pm. Prices are inclusive of 0% GST.
Free delivery minimum amount applies to single receipt for same date & same delivery address (1 address per delivery fee). No cancellations. No refund for cancellations, non-delivery (recipient not available, wrong address etc).
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as baked goods, food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, or an online store credit will be given.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@ilovewondermilk.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (manufacturers default). We regret to inform that we are unable to exchange or refund damaged items caused by third parties ie: postage/courier/shipping service provider. For eligible items for exchange, please send us an email at customerservice@ilovewondermilk.com and send your item to: No 48 Jalan SS21/1 Petaling Jaya Kuala Lumpur MY 47400. (see *Shipping clause below)
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over RM150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
