  • Best to consume immediately.
  • Can last up to 5 days in room temp or 2 weeks in fridge. 
  • We recommend freezing your cakes, to ensure the cakes stays fresh in time for your occasion.
  • Freezed cakes can last for up to 3 months.
  • To thaw cakes: unwrap and put them on a wire rack at room temperature. They should thaw out in 2 to 3 hours.
